Let 'x' be an even number,

Then 'x+1' and 'x+3' are surely odd numbers :)

x+1+x+3

=2x + 4

= 2(x+2)

Since the resulting number is divisible 2, it's an even number

Hence proved.

Given:-Two odd numbers
To prove:-Sum of the two odd numbers is even.
Proof:-An odd number is an integer which is not a multiple of two.
So,let the odd number be 5.
Thus,5+5=10
Since 10 is an even number therefore it is proved that sum of two odd numbers is even.
Hence Proved
