The United States war propaganda posters showed only the American view point, and as such, gave wrong information most of the time. It showed only the United States in good light and opponents’ views were hardly shown or shown negatively exaggerated. Rumours were floated without any basis.
The US government had used media and artists like Hollywood actors, singers etc. extensively, to increase patriotism and awareness about the war.
