waste in safe way. About 60% of India's solid waste consist of biodegradable organic
wastes. It originates from kitchens and markets. By using earthworms this one
waste can be turned into rich organic manure. This is an eco-friendly way of makit
manure.
Earthworms play a key role in soil biology by serving as a natural agent. They
convert organic wastes into valuable organic manure. Earthworms improve the soll
texture and soil aeration. They enrich the soil with nutrients. They promote useful
soll required for plant growth.​
