honestly best advice ive got is to eat more then 3 meals around 7 meals a day but dont get me wrong dont eat full meals eat breakfast as a first meal then after 2 hours yogurt then after 2 hours carrots then lunch then an apple etc. this keeps ur digestive system working and it burns faster.
