Addition on whole numbers satisfies the following properties.
1. Closure Property of Addition :
The sum of any two whole numbers is always a whole number.
If a and b are any two whole numbers, then (a + b) is also a whole number.
For example: (1) The sum of two whole numbers 8 and 9 is 17, which is a
whole number
(ii) The sum of two whole numbers 23 and 32 is 55, which is a whole
