Given :

  • Distance (d1) = 460km
  • Time (t1) = 35 hrs
  • Distance (d2) = 156km
  • Time (t2) = ??? have to be found
  • Hint : Speed → Uniform Speed

 \\  \\

 \green{ \sf   Speed =  \frac{Distance}{Time}  }

 \\  \\

Case (1) :

 \\

 \sf Speed \:  =  \frac{460}{35}  = 13.1 \:  \: km/hr

then ,

 \\  \\

Case (2):-

 \\  \\

 \sf Time (t2)\:  =  \frac{d2}{s}  =  \frac{156}{13.1}  = 11.90 \:  \: hrs \:  \: or \:  \: 714 \:  \: mins

 \\  \\

  • Time that Boat will take traveling 156 kilometers is 11.90 hrs or 714 mins

 \\  \\
