Proposal is as follows;

Dear sir/mam,

Some of us students would like to start a kindness club. It is inspired by the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi. He was kind to others and preached this throughout his life o we would like to follow his footsteps. We will organize campus drives to collect clothes, books, food items, toiletries and any other good that students or teachers are able to donate. We will not be taking any financial help instead would like help in form of goods for the needy.

Moreover we will have a wall of kindness where people can donate their clothes and other stuff. They do not need to find us there will be tables and hangers where they can easily go and donate. Moreover whoever donates can sign their name on the wall. Later on we will collect all the donations and set up a stall where under privileged people can come and shop the donated items. It will be  sort of their own supermarket.

I hope you approve of our proposal.

Regards.

The proposal can be written like:-

Respected Sir/Madam,

Me and my some of the friends had an amazing thought yesterday. We are planning to organise a Kindness fund for orphan, handicapped and poor children living in orphanages.

If we do a virtue like this, then we we will be blessed by those children. For helping them, all can donate their old and unwanted stuffs. Everyone can donate any stuff which they don't want or don't have need of. Our little contribution can bring a smile on lots of dismal face.

After collecting all the donated items, we can go to orphanages and give them all their required stuffs according to their present condition.

Please grant us the permission to open this Kindness Club.
