Introducing programs that will help the teachers and students to understand what the companies need. This needs both the school and the business to work closely in order to find time and resources to make this kind of a program succeed.

The business can also use the art of apprenticeship to show the students new itineraries into jobs.

School leavers should be better prepared for the workplace and in this case business could assist schools in the following ways.

• Create internship opportunities - Business should create internship opportunities for the school leavers so as to enable them develop the needed skills and expertise for the job market.
• Offer Loans  - Business should create loaning agencies that can offer loans to school leavers. Loans offered to the school leavers will enable them invest in various enterprises and also learn how to go about with loans once they join the work place.
