It is a controversial constitution of India and this article gives a special status to Jammu and Kashmir but recently it has been removed from Indian constitution.

This article has many pros and cons such as an Indian citizen cannot buy a land in Jammu and Kashmir but after removing this article, Jammu & Kashmir has also become a major part of India and any Indian citizen can buy their plough in Kashmir.

This article was act as road blocking between India and Kashmir but now it has become an important part of our country.
