Hope this helps :)

Answer:

I guess that's in his nature... he was born to a witch, Sycorax, although Prospero and Miranda treated him with kindness I suppose that the behaviour of the Prospero and Miranda changed a little too soon, before he could lose all of his mother's personality traits and become civilized, when Caliban tried to violate Miranda's honor. He became a slave and Caliban retreated to his old ways, cursing and using foul language, the one thing that I think that Caliba did not leave behind, was the language he was taught, the language Prospero and Miranda speak, from that he would have learnt to use his foul mouth in such a manner.
