True
As before coming to bowmans capsule there occurs filtration process which filters off protein because of their larger in size as compared to others molecules

Answer:
The statement is True.
Glomerular capillary blood pressure executes filtration of Blood plasma in three layers, one layer of which is called epithelium of Bowman’s capsules.
The layers are arranged in a very complicated manner.
This arrangement keeps some minute space in between them called slit pores for filtration of blood plasma.
Blood cells and plasma proteins are not filtered through the glomerular capillaries because they are relatively bigger in size.
Other ingredients like urea, water, and salts etc. are filtered out of the glomerular capillaries pass into the Bowman's Capsule and are called the glomerular filtrate.
