Given that product of two rational numbers is 10

and one is
 - \frac{3}{5}

So let the other be 'x'

From the question,

x \times - \frac{3}{5} = 10 \\ \\ x = 10 \times - \frac{5}{3} \\ \\ x = - \frac{50}{3} \\
So other number is - 50/3
