Esterification reaction.

Explanation :

Esterification is the process of forming ester from carboxylic acids. The ester is formed when carbon is connected to two oxygen and one oxygen does not connect to any other and result in double-bonded to the carbon and other oxygen is connected with the carbon. And the second oxygen connects with hydrogen atom which forms as carboxylic acid.

To prove this reaction take a test tube with ethanol and ethanoic acid and add a Conc. H2SO4 and keep it in a beaker containing water. After a few minutes a fruity smell can be observed from a test tube. And this shows the esterification reaction.
