Chemical equilibrium appears to be static but it is dynamic in nature. At microscopic level if we see inside an insulated flask in which no heat can enter and leave the flask. Flask is having same quantity of ice and water, we will observe that some molecules of ice are converting into water and other molecules of water are converting into ice. It means change occurs inside the flask but at normal level it appears static means no motion inside the flask. But actually it is dynamic in nature. Hence proved

Answer:
At chemical equilibrium state, the rates of the forward and the backward reactions are equal and the concentrations of the reactants and the products reach constant values. At chemical equilibrium the reaction still continues to take place in both the directions with the same rates. The reactants continue to form the products while the products also continue to form the.reactants. Because of such a situation at the equilibrium state in the reaction system, the chemical equilibrium is called a dynamic equilibrium
