If you wish to secure adequate prosperity for the whole human race, science will tell you what you must do. But it will not tell you whether one of these ends is more desirable than another. (i) Uses and Abuses of Mobile Phones:

Everybody carries a smartphone or a mobile phone with them. It facilitates communication with friends and family who are geographically distant from us. A significant scientific accomplishment is the development of the mobile phone. Although making calls and sending messages are the primary functions of a mobile phone, other uses for it exist. In addition to receiving and sending calls and messages, a mobile phone can also be used as a calculator, camera, voice recorder, audio player, video player, etc. One can also use a mobile phone to access the internet. There is no denying that the mobile phone has altered our way of life, yet there are some abuses of the device or, to put it another way, a few drawbacks. The use of mobile phones while driving is dangerously associated with more than 35 to 40 percent of all road accidents worldwide, according to a recent survey. That is a really significant issue. Once more, some students abuse their phones and contribute to social pollution. The radiation that mobile phones and their towers release, on the other hand, poses a serious threat to human health.

(ii) Save our Environment.

The environment can be saved in a variety of ways. First and foremost, tremendous emphasis should be paid to planting trees. A tree is the primary supplier of oxygen. Unfortunately, a lot of trees have been removed because of development. There will undoubtedly be less oxygen in the air as a result. More trees being grown equals more oxygen. Thus, increasing the number of trees would improve the quality of life. People also need to pay attention to protecting forests. For the environment, forests are essential. Deforestation does, however, lower the total amount of forests in the world. The government must start initiatives to protect the woodlands. Forest damage must be made a crime by the government. Another crucial method for protecting the environment is soil conservation. Control of landslides, floods, and soil erosion is necessary for this. To preserve the soil, there should also be afforestation and tree planting. Terrace farming and the use of organic fertilizers are two more methods.
