Okay. I got an interesting method, which is not from any other sources, and is from my own mind, brain and knowledge!!!

Okay, let me post it. Sometimes it will work.

We know that any number multiplied by 0 gives 0 as the product.

So, consider 0 × -2 = 0  (The product of 0 and -2.)

0 \times -2 = 0 \\ \\ 0(0 - 2) = 0 \\ \\ 0^2 - (2 \times 0) = 0 \\ \\ 0^2-(0+0)=0 \\ \\ 0^2=0+0 \\ \\ 0+0=0^2

Hence proved!!!

How did I get this method?!

Because I took 0 as x.

So that,

0+0=0^2 \\ \\ \Rightarrow\ x+x=x^2 \\ \\ \Rightarrow\ 2x=x^2 \\ \\ \Rightarrow\ x^2-2x=0 \\ \\ \Rightarrow\ x(x-2)=0 \\ \\ \\ \therefore\ x = 0\ \ \ ; \ \ \ x=2

Thus I took  x = 0  and did the reverse.

Another method.

Consider 0 × √2 = 0.

0 \times \sqrt{2}=0 \\ \\ (0 \times \sqrt{2})^2=0^2 \\ \\ 0^2 \times (\sqrt{2})^2=0^2 \\ \\ 0 \times 2 = 0^2 \\ \\ 0+0=0^2

Hope these may be helpful.

Plz mark it as the brainliest.

Plz ask me if you have any doubts.

Thank you. :-))
