See, Let a imaginary line drawn through A, parallel to EC.
and Let point O on that line.
Now, Angle BAO = Angle DCE -(1)
as we can see,
BA || DC
EC || OA
Now, OA || EC
and AE intersecting both parallel line,
so by alternate angle,
Angle OAE = Angle AEC -(2)
Now,
Angle BAE = Angle BAO + Angle OAE
from 1 and 2,
we get,
Angle BAE = Angle DCE + Angle AEC
so Finally,
Angle BAE - Angle DCE = Angle AEC
Proved.
