PQ is the diameter.
OS and OR are the radii. RS is the Chord which is parallel to PQ.
Since, OR = OS
Angle OSR = Angle ORS [ Angles equal to opposite equal sides are also equal ]
PQ//RS
Angle POR = Angle ORS [ Alternate interior Angles ]
Similarly, Angle QOS = Angle OSR [ Alternate Interior angles]
And we proved that,
Angle ORS = Angle OSR
SO, Angle POR = Angle QOS
Hence, PROVED.
