sin2A/1+cos2A
= (2sinAcosA)/(1+2cos^(2)A-1)
=(2sinAcosA)/ 2cos^(2)A
= 2sinA/2cosA
=tanA

Anonymous: But the question is asking for tan A not 2 tan A

As per the Trigonometric Identities,
sin 2A = 2.sin A .cos A
1 + cos 2A = 2. cos^{2} A
 \frac{sin 2A}{1 + cos 2A}  \frac{2.sin A .cos A }{2. cos^{2} A }
                                                         = tan A
It's so simple.
