Therefore, using mid-point theorem,

In ∆ BDC
MQ//CD
Therefore, using converse mid - point theorem,
Q is the mid point of BC.
Now,
In ∆ ABC
Q is the mid point of BC and P is the mid point of AB.
Using mid - point theorem
So, PQ//AC.
Hence proved.
AD//PM
Therefore, using mid-point theorem,
P is the mid - point of AB and M is the mid point of BD.

Therefore, using converse mid - point theorem,
