A single value can’t be assigned to a fraction where the denominator is 0, so the value remains undefined. Division by 0 is undefined in mathematics.
0÷0 is known as indeterminate.
If 0/0 can be 2, then 0/0 can be written as 3, 4, 67, 163892, 2819010 and what not.
Infact, 0/0 can be any number.
But just for the sake of question:
Let, 0/0=81−81/81−81
=>0/0=81−81/81−81
=>0/0=92−92/92−92
=>0/0=(9+9)(9−9)/9(9−9)
Since, a2−b2=(a+b)(a−b)
=>0/0=(9+9)/9=18/9
=>0/0=2
Hence, 0/0=2
