zero divided by a very small number will give you zero. Lt x/0 (x->0) is infinity. (X is a small number which is divided by an infinitesimally small number) This isn't exactly mathematically correct but you can still think of it that way. But if both numerator and denominator tend to zero, YOU CAN NEVER SAY.
