WE CAN PROOVE -

0/0 =( 100-100)/(100-100)

= (10²-10²)/10(10-10)

using formula a² -b² = (a-b) (a+b)
=( 10+10)(10-10)/10(10-10)

= 10+10/ 10
= 20/10
= 2
