0 =  \frac{0}{0}  \\  \\  =  \frac{100 - 100}{100 - 100}  \\  \\  =   \frac{ {10}^{2}  -  {10}^{2} }{10(10 - 10)} \\  \\  =  \frac{(10 + 10)(10 - 10)}{10(10 - 10)}  \\  \\  =  \frac{(10 + 10)}{10}  \\  \\  \frac{20}{10}  \\  \\  = 2

please tell me in comment that is this answer correct
when any no. cross = sign then it's sign will change

same as when 2 will cross it's sign then it will ( -2 ) so + 2 - 2 is 0
