prove that 1 /0 = infinity

if we devide

1 / 0.1 = 10

1/ 0.01 = 100

1 / 0.001 = 1000

1/ 0.0001 = 10000

1/ 0.00001 = 100000

1 / 0 = infinity

hence, proved.

here we can see that when we devided 1 in decreasing order of numbers then our answers were increasing , 10, 100, 1000, 10000 ...... but when we reached 0 and tried to devide 1 by 0 then we could not keep continue this increasing sequence of answers.

therefore, 1 / 0 = undefined ( infinity )

ay20762076: If 1/0= Infinity then
ay20762076: 1 / 0= Infinity then 1 = infinity x 0, but if that is true then multiply both sides by 2 and you get 2 = infinity x (0 x 2), or 2 = infinity x 0. That means 1 = 2 = infinity x 0, but 1 does not equal 2

heya....

Here is your answer....

1/0 = infinity

Divide 1 with 0.1

1/0.1 = 10

Again divide 1 by 0.01

1/0.01 = 100

Again divide 1 by 0.001

1/0.001 = 1000

So if you goes on dividing like this you get infinity.

So 1/0 = infinity.

It may help you....☺☺
