Seriously saying I cannot solve this as this question is someway or the other way illogical.

L.H.S=1+1=2×0=0
R.H.S=1000×0=0
L.H.S=R.H.S
OR;
L.H.S=2+998=1000=R.H.S
R.H.S=1000×0=0
L.H.S=R.H.S
OR;
L.H.S=2+998=1000=R.H.S
