prove that

1 -[ sin ² A/(1+cos A)]= cos A

proof :--

take LHS

1 -[ sin ² A/(1+cos A)]

= (1+cos A - sin²A)/(1+cos A)

= [cos A +(1-sin²A)]/(1+cos A)

=( cos A + cos²A)/(1+cos A)

= cos A(1+cos A)/(1+cos A)

= cos A

= RHS

that's proves
