Let us assume to contrary that 2/√3 is rational.
Therefore, 2/√3 =P/q (where p & q are coprime integers)
=>√3=q/2p
Since, p and q are integers,
=>p/q is rational.
=>√3 is rational.
But, this contradicts the fact that √3 is irrational.
So, our supposition is wrong.
=>2/√3 is irrational.
