Prove that (√2+√7) /3 is irrational number.

let this is a rational no. that is it can be expressed in the form of p by q where p and q are integers.q is not equal to zero and also p and q are co primes

by squaring both sides and letting q as 5 m. it shows that p and q are multiples of 5

but we said that p and q were co primes

hence our contradiction is wrong
