 \frac{2^n+ 2^{n-1} }{ 2^{n+1} -2^n}

 \frac{2^n(1+ 2^{-1}) }{ 2^n(2^{1} - 1)}

 \frac{(1+  \frac{1}{2} ) }{( 1)}

 \frac{3}{2}
