Let us assume that 2√3÷5 is rational
then
2√3÷5= p÷q
where i) (p,q) =1
ii) (p,q) are integers
iii) q is not equal to 0.
=> 2√3=5p÷q
=>. √3=5p÷2q
irrational no. = rational no.
this contradiction arises due to our wrong assumption that 2√3÷5 is rational no.
hence 2√3÷5 is irrational no.
