2sin²A+3cosA=0

2(1-cos²A)+3cosA=0

2-2cos²A+3cosA=0

2cos²A-3cosA-2=0

cosa={-(-3)±√(-3)²-4.2.(-2)}/2.2

={3±√(9+16)}/4

=(3±5)/4

let +ve sign

cosA=8/4=2, A=cos^-1(2)

let -ve sign

cosA=-2/4=-1/2

cosA=cos120°

A=120°,
