Prove that 3 2√2 is irrational number ​

Answer:

let us assume contrary tha 32√2 is rational no.

32√2 = p/q

p and q have some common factor. We will divide them by there common factor, on dividing

32√2 = a/b

√2 = a/32b

As RHS = LHS

But this contradita the fact irrational and rational can't be equal

this contradiction has arisen due to our wrong assumption that 32√2 is rational

Therefore 32√2 is irrational
