Lets assume that 3root5 is rational ,
3root 5=p/q
root5=p/3q
Since p/3q is rational root 5 is also rational.
But root 5 is irrational
Thus our assumption that root 5 is rational is wrong
So root 5 is irrational
3root 5=p/q
root5=p/3q
