Answer:

take the opposite i.e 3+root2 is a rational number

hence 3+root2 can be written in the form a/b

hence 3+root2 = a/b

          root2 = 1/3 x a/b

          root2 = a/3b

here a/3b is rational and root2 is irrational

as irrational cannot be equal to rational

3+root2 is irrational

hi mate here is ur answer

============

let 3/3√2 be a rational

take

3√2 ,

to prove 3√2 as irrational

since we assume that 3√2 , we can write it in the form of a/b

hence

3√2 = a/b

√2 = 1/3×a/b

√2 = a/3b

w.k.t

a/3b is rational

√2 = irrational

since

rational =≠= irrational

hence our assumption is wrong

3√2 is irrational

similarly

3/ 3√2 is irrational

hence its proved
