Let it is a rational number which is in the form a/b.a and b are integers.

4 root 5=a/b

root 5=a/4b

since,root 5 is irrational but a/4b is a rational number.

so,we arrive at contradiction.

Hence our suposition was wrong.

Thus,4 root 5 is an irrational number.

first u assume 4 root 5 as rational..then by contradiction u can prove it is irrational
