Let U be {1,2,3,4,5},{A} be {1,2,3} and {B} be {1,2,5}.

Then,A'(A complement)= {4,5}

B'={3,4}

Now, A'-B'={5}

Also, B-A={5}

So, from this example, it is clear that A'-B'=B-A.
