Given :- A ABC in which median AD is ⊥ to BC.

To prove :- In ABC is Isosceles.

Proof :- In ABD and ACD

BD = DC

∠ ABD = ∠ADC (Each = 90°)

AD = AD (Common Side)

ABD ≅ ACD

AB = AC [∵CPCT]

AB = AC [∵CPCT]∴ ABC is an Isosceles triangle. Proved.
