Prove that ∆ ABE ≅ ∆ DCE and hence find the length of DE.​

In ∆ ABE and ∆ DCE

BE = CE              [∵ Given]

∠B = ∠C              [∵ 90°]

∠AEB = ∠DEC    [∵ opposite angles are equal]

∆ ABE ≅ ∆ DCE

∴ DE = AE

  DE = 29cm
