Apart from a couple of settlements Antarctica doesn't have people living there in the normal sense of the word.
And there are good reasons why.
For starters Antarctica has been set aside for scientific research purposes and this is covered in the Antarctic Treaty which nations sign onto before they take occupancy in their agreed area.
Secondly the Antarctic winter lasts for eight months of the year and the temperatures and strong icy winds will impede any efforts that you try and make to get around.
Thirdly there is no infrastructure down there. No road systems, no railways, no wharves, no taxis, no shops, no supermarkets, no hotels, no movie theaters, no footpaths and no colleges or universities.
