let the +ve odd integer be a
w.k.t
a= b.q+r (0<r<b)
a= 4q + 1 ( r= 1,2,3,4)
case 1 = a= 4q +1 and a=4q + 3
thus 4q +1 and 4q+3 are +ve odd integer for some inteser q
