Step-by-step explanation:-

LHS :-

taking conjugate of 1 + sinθ

cosθ / 1 + sinθ x 1 - sinθ / 1 - sinθ

= cosθ ( 1 - sinθ ) / 1^2 - sin^2θ      [ '.' (a+b)(a-b)=a^2-b^2 ]

= cosθ ( 1 - sinθ ) / cos^2θ   [ 1^2 - sin^2θ = cos^2θ ]

= 1 - sinθ / cosθ = RHS    [ cancelling cosθ with cos^2θ ]

HOPE IT HELPS YOU!!!!!!!!!!
