Proof:
ENERGY GAINED =FORCE ×DISTANCE
E = F×C. _1.

MOMENTUM GAINED=FORCE×TIME.
=F×T.

MOMENTUM=mass ×velocity.

F=m× c

Now,
E=FORCE × C
=M×C×C
=MC^2.
