In equilateral triangle all the sides and all the angles are equal.
Sum of measure of interior angle of Triangle
= 180°
For equilateral triangle : since the angles are equal so let the angle be x
=> x + x + x = 180°
=> 3x = 180°
=> x = 180°
=> x = 180° / 3
=> x = 60°
So the each angle of the equilateral triangle is 60°.

I sure that you are confuse because of mathematics but mathematics are very easy to prove that equilateral triangle measure is 60 degree all side are equal in triangle that why it's all side make 180 degree. 60+60+60=180.
