Answer:

first in triangle DQO,PE/EQ=PD/DO.(DE is parallel to OQ)(BPT)....call that as equation 1 .now in triangle POR,PD/DO=PF/FR.(DF is parallel to OR)(BPT).CALL that as equation 2..now from equations 1 and 2, PE/EQ=PF/FR.so by converse of BPT theorem EF is parallel to QR....
