prove that if A is a non singular matrix then det(A-1)=(detA)^-1​

To prove this first take any example (number determinant) that is non- singular matrix like a b c d then find its inverse and then find the determinant of inverse so you find L.H.S. Then for R.H.S just do reverse first find determinant and then find inverse.

In proving question we may take example to prove.
