Prove that if the momentum of two bodies is same then the velocity of lighter body will be more than the velocity of heavier body.

I want to know which will have higher velocity,not kinetic energy.

Kinetic energy = (1/2)mv^2
Multiply left hand side of equation by m,
KE = m^2×v^2/(2×m)
KE = (m×v)^2/(2×m)
Momentum = p =m×v
KE = p^2/(2×m)
Momentum is same therefore KE is inversely proportional to mass. Therefore lighter body has more kinetic energy.
Hope this will help
