Prove that if two lines intersect, then both pairs of vertically opposite angles are equal.

If an angle is 28 degree less than its complement find its measure . Given two lines AB and CD intersect each other at the point O. ∠a and ∠c , ∠b and ∠d are vertically opposite angles.
