Alternate interior angles formed by a transversal intersecting two parallel lines are equal. Half of these angles will also be equal to one another.( For example-> 2=2, therefore, 2/2=2/2) these angles will obviously be formed by their bisectors(as they are half of the angles), so if these alternate angles are equal, the bisectors should be parallel.

I've added an attachment, you can check that as well.
