In ∆s OMP and OMQ
OP=OQ(radii of same larger circle)
OM=OM(common)
ANGLE OMP=ANGLE OMQ(radius is perpendicular with tangent)
By RHS, both ∆s are congruent.
PM=QM(by cpct)
Hence proved.
